Fitness:

  • 8 weeks of workouts custom to your schedule with either 3, 4, or 5 workout days a week

  • All workouts done at home or in gym

  • Access to mobile app to track results and view your plan

  • Video demonstrations and instructions for each exercise

  • Assigned sets, reps, time, rest, and intensity

  • Note progress and mark workouts as complete

Nutrition:

  • 8 weeks of nutrition coaching with bi-weekly check-in

  • Assigned calorie + protein goals

  • Choose your own meals

  • My Fitness Pal Integration

  • Bi-weekly pre-recorded video trainings with topics including meal planning, meal prepping, tips on eating out, and emotional eating

Mindset:

  • Bi-weekly pre-recorded video trainings with topics including self-discipline, ditching the all-or-nothing mentality, how to create healthy habits, and tips on becoming your best self

  • Habit tracker

Mobile App Access:

  • Client messaging center

  • Bi-weekly check-ins through the app

  • All workouts and check-ins are scheduled so you don't miss a thing

  • Results tracking with body measurements, sleep, steps, and photos

  • Help + support

Here's what's included:

Equipment Needed:

  • Bodyweight

  • 1x pair of light dumbbells

  • 1x pair of heavy dumbbells

  • 1x Glute Band

  • Yoga Mat

  • Sturdy Chair or Low Table

Optional Equipment Needed:

  • 1x light resistance bands

  • 1x heavy resistance bands

  • 1x light kettlebell

  • 1x heavy kettlebell

  • Bench or Box

  • Ankle Weights

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SIGN UP?

Once you sign up, I will be in touch with you so we can discuss your fitness, nutrition, and mindset goals.

 

Once you’ve made the purchase into the group program, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain your Welcome Packet that includes a What to Expect section, a Communication section, and a FAQ section. 

 

Then you will be getting another email to log you into my app where you will see the Be Your Best Challenge workouts, nutrition protocol, and coaching videos.
