*Workouts: 6 weeks of at-home and gym-based workouts to help you transform your body. You can expect to see 5-6 days of workouts a week, ranging from circuit-style to resistance training. There will be lower body, upper body, core, and full body workouts.

*Nutrition: Custom tailored nutrition. You read that right! I will give you your own custom calorie and macronutrient goal and teach you how to calculate and manipulate these numbers on your own so you can feel confident doing it on your own. You will have a step-by-step guide on how to calculate your own calorie and macronutrient goals and understand the basics of each so you can start balancing meals properly.

*Coaching Calls: There will be 2 coaching calls with Coach Jilly during the 6 week intensive group coaching program. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share struggles, celebrate wins, and get inspired!

*Community: Join all the other amazing, dedicated women in the group in a group chat. On days you are feeling like you can't push, enter into the chat and lean on the other women to help lift you up to keep going.
